Occupancy Rate(%)
  • "Occupancy Rate" is calculated by dividing leased area by leasable floor area and rounded off to the first decimal place.
  • "Leasable Floor Area" indicates the area which is available for lease in the portion acquired by Daiwa Office. The figures are rounded down to the second decimal place. In case the property is co-owned, the leasable area is determined by multiplying the ratio of Daiwa Office's co-ownership by the total leasable area of co-owned property.
  • "Number of Tenants" is the number of end-tenants. When there is a tenant occupying multiple buildings, the concerned tenant is counted and stated for each individual building.
